Description
We are seeking Sales Specialist to join our team. The Sales Specialist will work with sales team to develop company`s productivity. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding on sales field, excellent organizational and communication skills.
Logistics Specialist Duties and Responsibilities
Working with sales team to improve its productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments;
Ensure that customer calls, emails, and messages handled, customer queries answering, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events;
Collaborating with other related departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently;
Presenting the company's services as attractive to potential customers as possible;
Provide required support to tendering & quoting staff for ensuring timely submission of tender/quotations before deadline;
Make advisements to reach sales targets;
Sales Specialist Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Fluent in Azerbaijani, English and Russian language skills
Knowledge in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Knowledge of logistics systems and processes
Working schedule: 5 days a week, from 9:00 to 18:00
Salary: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
