Mortgage lending limits for 2026: application dates and what buyers should do
The Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund (MCGF) is allocating new limits to authorized banks for continuing the mortgage lending process throughout 2026. According to navigator.az, citing the MCGF, these limits will cover both regular and subsidized mortgage loans.
When applications will open
According to the source, citizens' applications will begin being accepted on 05.03.2026 at 11:00, and in some cases on 06.03.2026 at 11:00. Applications will be accepted through the "Electronic Mortgage and Credit Guarantee" system using electronic signature tools: SİMA Token (Elektron İmza), SİMA Rəqəmsal, or Asan İmza.
As navigator.az notes, citizens are advised to set up their electronic accounts by 04.03.2026. Instructions for applying are posted on the Fund's official website, as well as in the relevant sections of the "Electronic Government" portal and the "mygov" platform.
