Prayk now speaks 8 languages: Georgian, Uzbek, Kazakh and Kyrgyz, plus 4 new currencies for prices

Prayk.com now opens in 8 languages. Georgian, Uzbek, Kazakh and Kyrgyz have joined the original four — Azerbaijani, Russian, English and Turkish. At the same time, the currency switcher in the header has grown: next to AZN, USD, EUR, RUB and TRY you will now find the Georgian lari (GEL), Uzbek som (UZS), Kazakhstani tenge (KZT) and Kyrgyz som (KGS) — 9 currencies in total.
Four new languages
- Georgian (ქართული) — prayk.com/ka, with a dedicated font for the Georgian script.
- Uzbek (Oʻzbekcha) — prayk.com/uz, in the Latin script.
- Kazakh (Қазақша) — prayk.com/kk, in Cyrillic.
- Kyrgyz (Кыргызча) — prayk.com/ky, in Cyrillic.
Switch the language with the language selector in the header — each language is listed under its own name, so your script is easy to spot. The choice is remembered: next time the site opens in the same language. Every language has its own address, so a shared link opens the page in the language you picked.
What is translated, and what is not yet
The site interface — menus, buttons, filters, the listing form, the account area — and the category names are available in the new languages too. Listing texts stay exactly as the seller wrote them: a listing is shown in the language it was posted in.
News, the FAQ and information pages are still in the original languages for now. When a text is missing in a new language, the site does not show an empty page but falls back to the closest language: Georgian shows the English version first, then Russian; Uzbek, Kazakh and Kyrgyz show Russian first, then English. In Turkish, news is shown in Azerbaijani first, then Russian.
Work on the translations continues. If a phrase reads wrong or odd, let us know through the contact form and we will fix it.
Four new currencies
The currency switcher converts listing prices into the currency you choose — on cards, on the listing page, on the map and in market price blocks. We explained how it works in an earlier article; the same rules apply to the new currencies:
- the rate is the official rate of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
- the listing itself does not change — the seller's price and currency stay as they are, and conversion happens only on screen;
- plans, balance and advertising prices stay in manat, because payments are made in manat.
The som and tenge have small units, so these prices are shown as whole numbers without decimals. The lari sign is ₾ and the tenge sign is ₸; for the Uzbek and Kyrgyz som the site shows the short word used for prices in those countries — "soʻm" and "сом". For reference: at the rate of 10 October 2026, 1 GEL = 0.6543 AZN.
Daily official rates are on the Currency page, and the currency converter handles specific amounts.
Mobile app
The new languages and currencies are live on the website — on desktop and in your phone's browser. They will arrive in the Prayk mobile app with the app's next update.
Who it is for
Readers in Georgia and Central Asia, people there looking for a car, a flat or a job in Azerbaijan, and anyone used to comparing prices in their own currency. Reading a listing in a familiar language and seeing the price in a familiar currency makes the decision easier.
