My sign-ins: see in your account when and from which device someone signed in

Account security often starts with one question: “Was that me?” The new My sign-ins card in your account profile answers it — it shows when, from which platform and from which device your account was accessed.

What the card shows

  • Today / This month / Total — three sign-in counters.
  • Last sign-in — time and device, for example “Windows · Chrome” or “Prayk app · Android”.
  • Platform split — “Web · Android · iOS”: how many times you signed in each way.
  • Start date — the day the counters start from.
  • Recent sign-ins — the last 5: time, device and, when it can be determined, city.

What counts as a sign-in

A sign-in is a successful login: with a one-time code, a password or a social account, plus the moment of registration. Simply opening the site is not a sign-in — if you are already logged in, the session carries on. That is why an unexpected jump in the counter deserves attention: someone has logged in to your account again.

The card is visible only in your own account; other users viewing your profile do not see it.

If you see a sign-in you don’t recognise

  1. Check yourself first. A new phone, another browser or reinstalling the app also shows up as a new sign-in. The city is estimated from the IP address and may be off on mobile internet.
  2. Check your contact details. Make sure the e-mail and phone number linked to the account are yours — that is where the one-time code goes.
  3. Never share the code. If someone calling themselves “Prayk staff”, a buyer or a courier asks for your SMS code, it is a scam.
  4. If you sign in with a password, change it and do not reuse it on other sites.
  5. If doubts remain, write to us via the Contact page and mention the time of the suspicious sign-in.

Who it helps

If you share the account with a family member or a shop employee, the card makes clear who signed in from which device. If you sold or lost a phone, you can see whether it was used to sign in again. Checking the card takes a few seconds.

Where to find it

On the website: Account → Profile, the My sign-ins card. Other sides of account security — passwordless login, open rules and account deletion — are covered in a separate story, and how your phone number is protected is explained here.
