Prayk finds the original listing: the "Original" badge and protection from copies

Classified sites have an old problem: someone takes the photos from another seller's listing and posts the same item under their own name. The buyer can't tell which listing belongs to the real seller, and the real seller loses customers to a stolen copy. Prayk solves this with an automatic duplicate-detection system.

The moment a new listing is published, the system compares its photos and text against every listing in the database — image "fingerprints" recognise a copy even if the photo was cropped or altered. Once a copy is confirmed, the listing page openly shows how many different people posted this listing and which one is the original.

You see the result on the cards too: the true owner of a copied listing carries the "Original" badge, while listings that pass the check cleanly get a "verified" status. On top of that, the search filters include an "Original listings only" option that removes confirmed copies from the list entirely.
