Frequently asked questions
Is the CV builder free?
Yes. All templates, PDF printing, emailing and share links are completely free.
How do I download my CV as PDF?
Press “Print / PDF” and choose “Save as PDF” in the print dialog. The file is named “FirstLast_CV” automatically.
Should my CV have a photo?
Most employers in Azerbaijan expect a formal photo. For banks, IT and international companies we recommend the photo-free ATS Minimal template.
Which language should my CV be in?
Local companies mostly want Azerbaijani, international ones English. You choose the CV language separately from the site language — the same data prints in 4 languages.
I have no experience — how do I write a CV?
Highlight education, internships, courses, languages and skills; in “About me” say what you want to learn. You can leave “Work experience” empty.
Is my data safe?
Your CV is stored only in your account. The share link works only if you create it and can be disabled or renewed at any time.
How to write a good CV
A CV is an employer’s first impression of you: recruiters spend about 30 seconds per CV. Your name, target role, contacts and latest job must be visible at a glance.
List experience newest first with 2–4 concrete, quantified achievements per job. Keep education, languages (with CEFR levels) and computer skills (MS Office, 1C…) in separate sections.
Tailor the job title and “About me” to each vacancy and put the vacancy title in the email subject. Keep the CV to 1–2 pages.
