Questions

How is “below market” calculated?
The listing's price is compared with the median asking price of listings of the same kind: the same model and year for a car, the same district and room count for an apartment, the same brand and model for a phone. If the price is at least 10% below the median, the listing appears here.
Why are some cheap listings missing?
A comparison needs at least 9 similar listings — no conclusion is drawn from a small sample. Suspiciously low prices and repeated listings are also left out.
What does “high confidence” mean?
There are many comparable listings and they closely match this one (for example, the same model, year and engine). Otherwise the comparison is broader and the difference is approximate.
