Oxu.az and Baku.ws cover Prayk: an AI-powered interactive map is changing how Baku picks a home
This time it's not us talking about Prayk — it's the press. On 3 September 2026 Oxu.az, one of Azerbaijan's leading news portals, published an article titled "An innovative answer to the traffic problem when buying a flat in Baku: Prayk.com presents its AI-powered interactive map"; the same day Baku.ws shared the story with its readers too. It's a milestone for us: the platform's features are now on the radar not only of our users but of the country's most-read media.
What the press writes
The article starts from a familiar problem: a buyer finds a flat in Baku that fits the budget and then spends hours in traffic every single day. In the article's words, Prayk answers this with "AI-based analytics that opens a new stage in property search". The portals highlight three features:
- Listings on the map — browse listings in Baku and the regions directly on a map and factor in the area's road situation when choosing.
- AI analytics — comparing location, infrastructure, price dynamics and peak-hour congestion to estimate a property's "real cost of living".
