"I have a complaint": file public complaints about stores, sellers and companies — and let the brand respond

Prayk has opened "I have a complaint" — a platform for describing problems with stores, sellers and companies in public. The complaint is delivered to the brand, the brand replies officially, and the author marks whether the problem was solved. Every step is public, and the brand page builds up its reply and resolution rates.
The section lives at /en/sikayet: on desktop it is in the header's "More" panel (the "Checks & community" group), on a phone in the site menu, and in the footer as "I have a complaint".
How to file a complaint
- Pick the brand. In the "New complaint" form, start typing the name — Prayk stores appear in the list. If the company is not on Prayk, a new brand is created under its name. Store pages also have a "File a complaint" link.
- Pick a category: delivery, refund, quality, no answer, price difference, counterfeit, service, payment or other.
- Title and text. Put the problem in one sentence in the title and the details — when, what you bought, what happened, what you expect — in the text. The title needs at least 8 characters, the text at least 30. A listing link or ID is optional.
- Submit. You need to sign in to file a complaint; your text is not lost while you sign in.
To keep spam out, one user can file at most 3 complaints a day and one complaint per brand every 24 hours.
What happens next
- If the brand is linked to a Prayk account (a store owner, a seller or a company that has claimed its page), it gets a notification. At first only the brand sees the complaint; it is published 72 hours later — time for the brand to sort the problem out quietly.
- If the brand is not linked to any account yet, the complaint is published right away.
- The brand's reply carries an "Official" badge. Other users can comment, and if the same thing happened to them, join in with the "Support" button.
- When the problem is solved, the author marks it "Resolved" and can thank the brand; if not — "Not resolved".
The brand score
A brand page shows the number of complaints, the reply rate, the resolution rate and the average reply time. Once a brand has 3 or more complaints, it gets a score from 0 to 100: 25 % reply rate, 35 % resolution rate and 40 % thanks from complaint authors. In other words, the score rises not from simply replying but from solving the problem and leaving the customer satisfied.
For brands: claim the page, object to a complaint
- "Claim the page". A company representative applies from the brand page with the company name, position, contact and proof of the link to the company (corporate email, tax ID (VÖEN), a note on the official website). Once Prayk verifies it, the representative replies officially on behalf of the company and is notified of new complaints.
- "Object". If a complaint breaks the rules — the author is not a customer, the information is false, personal data is disclosed or there is an insult — the brand can file an objection. If a moderator accepts it, the complaint is hidden.
Rules and the automatic check
Insults and profanity, personal data of third parties (phone, IBAN, address), advertising and promotion of competitors are not allowed; write only about your own experience within the last 12 months. Every complaint goes through an automatic check: if the text contains personal data, insults or advertising, it is held until a moderator reviews it, and you are notified.
How it differs from the "Report" button on a listing
The "Report" button on a listing page flags a rule-breaking listing to Prayk moderation and is not public. "I have a complaint" is for problems between a buyer and a seller: the complaint is addressed to the brand itself and tracked in public. For questions about the Prayk website itself, use the contact form.
The platform is new — the first complaints are being written now. To get to know the stores, browse the Stores catalogue, and for seller trust signals see our article on seller badges.
