Description
Participate in the preparation and preliminary legal review of contracts and agreements;Assist in preparing legal opinions, memoranda, and other legal documents;Monitor legislative and regulatory changes and collect relevant legal information;Review and respond to legal inquiries received from internal departments;Participate in preparing documents to be submitted to government authorities;Assist in preparing documentation related to court proceedings and legal disputes;Participate in drafting and reviewing internal corporate documents;Maintain and organize records and archives of contracts and other legal documents;Support employees in identifying, assessing, and mitigating legal risks;Perform other legal and related tasks assigned by management.
Tələblər:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law;Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience;Good knowledge of commercial and corporate law;Excellent command of English;Proficiency in Microsoft Office;Strong legal research, analytical, and document-drafting skills;Excellent attention to detail and a high sense of responsibility;Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
