Searching listings by metro station: station pages, minutes filter and a 6 October snapshot

Prayk's metro page shows the 27 stations and 109 exits of the Baku metro on one map; every station has its own page, and from there one click takes you to property listings within a 15-minute walk, to the minutes filter in the section and to the “Nearby” map. This article explains how to use the page in practice and gives a 6 October 2026 snapshot: which stations have the most listings around them.
How the page is built
On the map, stations are marked with an “M” and exits with numbers; below, stations are listed by district. The data covers 12 Baku districts, and 7 of them have stations. The number of exits varies: Avtovagzal has 9 on record, Memar Ajami 8, Nariman Narimanov and Koroglu 7 each. Every exit has coordinates and a Google Maps link, so the station page answers the question “which exit should I take”.
Clicking a station name opens its page, for example 28 May. It has three parts: property listings within roughly a 15-minute walk of the station's nearest exit; deal-type chips — for sale, monthly rent, daily rent (only types with listings are shown), each opening its own sub-page, for example rent near 28 May; and a table of exits, links to the 6 nearest stations and a questions section.
The minutes filter: 15 on the page, 5–20 in the section
A station page always works with the 15-minute zone. If you need a tighter or wider radius, the “Open with filters” button opens the Real estate section with that station already selected; the “Walk to metro” selector there offers ≤ 5, ≤ 10, ≤ 15 and ≤ 20 minutes. The walking time is not a measured route: the straight-line distance from the listing's coordinates to the station's nearest exit is multiplied by 1.25 and divided by 80 metres per minute — 15 minutes corresponds to roughly 960 metres in a straight line. The filter looks at the listing's real coordinates, not at the metro name the seller typed; listings without coordinates do not appear. The details of the calculation are in our earlier article: “How many minutes to the metro?”.
6 October snapshot: which stations have the most listings
On the morning of 6 October 2026, the five stations with the most property listings in the 15-minute zone were:
- 28 May — 4,021 listings (for sale 2,004, monthly rent 1,594, daily rent 42);
- Hazi Aslanov — 3,724 (for sale 2,793, monthly rent 701);
- Nariman Narimanov — 3,656 (for sale 2,050, monthly rent 1,334);
- Elmlar Akademiyasi — 3,493 (for sale 2,165, monthly rent 1,123);
- Inshaatchilar — 3,469 (for sale 2,170, monthly rent 1,083).
The zones of neighbouring stations can overlap, so one listing may be counted at two stations; the numbers change daily, and the current count is shown in the chip on the station page. Hazi Aslanov has an especially large share of sale listings, while 28 May and Nariman Narimanov have a wider rental supply. For how metro proximity affects prices, see our guide: “Apartment prices near the metro”.
Three scenarios
- Walking to work. Find the station closest to your workplace on the map and pick the “Monthly rent” chip on its page; if 15 minutes is too much, use “Open with filters” and set ≤ 5 or ≤ 10 minutes in the section. The “~N min walk” note on a listing card shows the time to the nearest exit, and the listing page opens a Google Maps walking route to that exit.
- Student rental. Pick the station near the university — for example Elmlar Akademiyasi (monthly rent: 1,123 listings) or Inshaatchilar (1,083). The station name on a listing page also links to that station's page, so you can check the alternatives around a listing you like.
- Services, jobs and a shop next to the station. Station pages show property only. For another section, the “Nearby on the map” button opens the Nearby page with the station's coordinates and a 1 km radius; there you can switch the section to Services, Jobs or Goods and choose a radius from 200 metres to 5 km. If you are a seller, drop the address pin on the map in the listing form so your listing appears in such searches; if your district has a metro, the form also shows a station selector.
The Cars section also lets you pick a station in the “Location” selector, but there the filter goes by the station the seller specified, with no minutes calculation. For an overview of the map tools, see “Search on the map, see the surroundings”.
