Prayk store catalogue: how to choose among 7,000+ stores by section, reviews and badges

The Stores section on Prayk is a single address for buyers: more than 7,000 stores on one page, from official retail catalogues to individual sellers' storefronts. This article gives a snapshot of the catalogue as of 6 October 2026 and explains which signals are worth reading when choosing a store: sections, sorting, badges, reviews and what a store page contains.

October snapshot: 7,250 stores, 8 sections

As of 6 October 2026 the Stores page lists 7,250 active stores. The section chips above the list show the catalogue's eight root sections; each chip keeps only the stores that selected that section (and its subcategories). The split on the same date:

  • Goods — 3,502 stores;
  • Real Estate — 2,667;
  • Cars — 916;
  • Smartphones — 201;
  • Animals — 125;
  • Services — 104;
  • Masters — 56;
  • Jobs — 43.

A store may select several sections (a tyre shop, for example, both sales and services), so the figures add up to more than the total. The "On map" button shows stores with coordinates — currently 3,830 stores; the point is the geographic centre of the store's published listings, and tapping a marker opens the name, rating, listing count, address and working hours.

How to filter the catalogue

Search works by name and starts from two characters. A store is also found by its website address: in the query "kontakt.az" the domain suffix is dropped, and "İrşad" is also found as "irshad". There are four sort orders: Popular (by listing views, ties broken by listing count), Listings, A-Z and Z-A. The list arrives in pages of 30 and continues as you scroll.

Each card carries the minimum needed for a choice: a section chip, the rating (only when there are reviews, with their count), listing and view counts, the address, an online dot in the corner of the logo (the owner was on the site in the last 5 minutes), and the "Accepting now" / "Promo today" chips that the owner sets and that expire by themselves. "Phone" reveals the number on click, and the "Subscribe" button follows the store: a notification arrives when a new listing appears (sign-in required).

What to judge a store by

The picture becomes clear when four signals are read together:

  • Badges. A store page shows computed badges: "Veteran seller" (more than 1 year), "Experienced seller" (10+ listings), "Top seller" (50+ listings), "AI-verified seller" (at least 5 listings passed the AI check) and "Top rated" (rating above 4.5 with at least 3 reviews). Badges cannot be bought — we have described how they are computed.
  • Reviews. The reviews block is on every store page. Writing a review requires signing in and real contact with the store — viewing the number or sending a message; an owner cannot review their own store. So the stars are not random.
  • Listings and views. The size of the catalogue shows that the store works regularly, and views show how much buyers look at it.
  • Registration date. It is not shown separately, but it is visible in the "Veteran seller" badge: if a store has been on Prayk for more than a year, the badge appears by itself.

Official retail catalogues and individual sellers are easy to tell apart. The catalogues of Kontakt Home, Baku Electronics, İrşad, Soliton and World Telecom are hosted on Prayk in full: Kontakt Home has more than 26 thousand listings, Baku Electronics about 12 thousand, İrşad about 4,800, Soliton about 2,900, World Telecom more than 500; all of them carry the "Top seller" badge and have a logo, cover and address. In an individual seller's store the main signals are the section, reviews, address and the online dot. In both cases the rule is the same: Prayk is an intermediary, you make the deal directly with the seller — do not pay before seeing the item.

What a store page contains

A store page has three parts. At the top — cover, logo, name, rating, online/offline status, badges, listing count, description, address and working hours by day; on the right the "Phone", "WhatsApp", "Message" and "Subscribe" buttons. In the middle — the blocks the owner built in the page builder (advantages, banner, gallery, FAQ, links) and the reviews. At the bottom — the catalogue: section chips with real listing counts, filters by price, condition, city, credit, delivery, discounts and "Good deals" (below market), dynamic fields per section, and "Newest first / Cheaper / More expensive" sorting. Every page has its own RSS feed and sitemap, and a "Report" link is right there if something looks wrong.

One sentence for sellers: opening a store is free and takes a few minutes from the cabinet — what it gives is described on the For business page, the difference from a personal account in a separate article, and the plans in the plan comparison. The other guides are in the News section.
